Kip Costanzo LLC -28803 Hwy 6 & 24 Chief Morgan informed me today that you needed confirmation on the status of any fire district issues for the new building at the old Copeland Concrete
property located at 28803 Highway 6 & 24. There are two outstanding issues that the fire district is waiting on but we do recommend that their C of 0 be issued at this time. Those two
issues are: 1. Keys in knoxbox-knoxbox has been purchased and new keys are being made. 2. A letter confirming that Bayou Well Services has given permission for the owner of this property
to use Bayou's dedicated water supply for fire protection. My understanding is verbal permission has been given by Bayou and a letter is being drafted by Bayou's Corporate Office If
