Story Gulch Compressor Station -Special Use Permit Amendment Dear Ms. Busch: Garfield County is in receipt of your request to amend the approval for the Story Gulch Compressor Station
located in Section 34, Township 4S, Range 96W on parcel number 191727400012. This project was originally approved by Resolution 2009-42 and was issued a Special Use Permit for the "Installation/Opera
tion of the Encana Oil and Gas USA, Inc, Story Gulch Natural Gas Compressor Station" as recorded with Reception #840199 in Office of the County Clerk and Recorder. Consideration of an
Amendment of a Special Use Permit may be either a Minor Modification or a Substantial Modification based upon the degree of change the amendment application has proposed and as reviewed
under Section 4-106 of the County's Land Use and Development Code. The County has reviewed your request for amendment of the approved SUP and has found the request to meet the criteria
for a Minor Modification. A decision is hereby issued that the proposed amendment is a Minor Modification pursuant to Section 4-106.C of the LUDC and is hereby approved. The amended
