1917-274-00-012 In accordance with and pursuant to the provisions of the Garfield County Land Use and Development Code of 2013, as amended, the Director hereby authorizes the following
amendment: Addition of a Amine gas treatment facility as indicated on the modified site plan included in Exhibit A. This Amended Special Use Permit is issued subject to the original
conditions set forth in Resolutions 2009-42 and the Special Use Permit recorded at Reception Number 840199. All applicable provisions of the Garfield County Land Use and Development
Code, 2013, Building Code, and other regulations of the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado apply this project. This Amended Special Use Permit is issued under
