As you can see the attachment shows that this permit has not been issued as of yet, this application is waiting to be review and approved by our Chief building Official. Once this is done then I will email and call Mr. Corral to let him know that this grading application is been approved, and he can start the grading work. As per your request I will note on the file that you would like to be CC when I email the approved grading permit to Mr. Corral. Let me know if you have any further questions. I assume the tie in is in a 7.5 ft utility easement on your property.
