Julie, This office is in receipt of the Special Use Permit Amendment Application to amend Resolution 2009 -41 to replace fourteen (14) 500 bbl existing frac tanks with five (5) 1,000
bbl closed top upright tanks with vapor recovery and SCADA including a provision to install three (3) additional 1,000 bbl closed top upright tanks in the future on property owned by
Chevron USA Inc. The application also indicates that all 24 existing frac tanks and secondary containment berm will be removed with the development of the proposed tanks and secondary
containment. The County has conducted a review of the additional material submitted for this application and determined it to be technically complete. A letter wi ll be sent to you next
