Garfield County is a legal and political subdivision of the State of Colorado for which the Board of County Commissioners ("BOCC") is authorized to act. 2. On August 17, 2009, the BOCC entered into a Road Construction Agreement for Construction of Proposed County Road 317 A ("Agreement"). 3. Proposed County Road 317 A was constructed in accordance with the Agreement. 4. The BOCC has received a request from the Road and Bridge Department to accept County Road 317 A and to accept the deeds of the real property, attached hereto as Exhibits A and B ("Deeds"), for county road purposes. 5. The BOCC is entitled to accept rights-of-way properly dedicated to the public for use by the public and on behalf of the public pursuant to the provisions of Section 43-2-201(l)(a), c.R.S., as amended. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, State of Colorado, as follows: I. The BOCC hereby accepts as a new public road right-of-way County Road 317 A, as a county road.
