Box 2121 Aspen, CO 81612 jim @highmarkaspen.com RE: "Post Lift" Ins ection 100 River Bend Way Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 435 32 Road, Unit 475 • Clifton, CO 81520 cell: 970/250-9242 • fax: 970/314-9233 e-mail: garyreeder@optimum.net I have observed and inspected the installation of the push piers at subj ect address and was present during the lifting process. The piers were installed in a workmanlike manner and in accordance with the manufacturer's specifi cations and recommendations. A post-lift laser-level survey was performed on the floor over the area of the house and the elevation is now within ±one-inch. Barring any unforeseen anomaly the foundation structure is considered to be structurally stable. The one 18" x 6" steel beam that was initially "floating" at the inside front corner of the house is now properly supported by a steel bracket attached to the fou ndation wall and is now properly supporting the floor structure. Please call me if there are any questions. Respectfully submitted, G"ryt;o,~~ CO #19404 Residential Structural Design and Inspections Manufactured Housing Foundation DeSign and Inspections
