Both buildings are basically 2 or 3 empty rooms with no built -in fixtures and will be outfitted with lockers for gear, benches for changing clothes, racks for computer equipment and a few desks. Hope that answers your question. Thanks. Number 8 of the non - substantial criteria states, "Does not increase the floor area of the use by more than five (5) percent or decrease the open space on the site by more than five (5) percent." The floor area under Number 8 refers to "habitable" floor area which both the existing and proposed Control Building have or will have through the assembling of personnel in these buildings. Does the new Control Building increase the "habitable" square footage from the existing building by 5%? From: Doug Dennison [mailto :ddennison @billbarrettcorp.com] Sent: Friday, March 18, 2011 12:36 PM To: Molly Orkild- Larson Subject: Re: Bailey Compressor Station Amendment Molly, The new building will be used in exactly the same way as the existing one. It is not a full -time office for any of our personnel - they all have offices in our Silt facility- but simply keeps equipment out of the weather and gives them a place to do their work when they are at the compressor station. The reason we are replacing the building with one that is certified by CDOH is that one of the county building inspectors told our guys that any modular building used in the state has to have this certification. I don't think the certification is specific to whether the building will be inhabited but applies to all modular structures no matter the intended use. That is consistent with my recollection of what we heard from the state when the county was adopting the temp housing regulations. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more info. VII have spotty cell coverage the rest of today but can call on Monday. Thanks. It states, ".....The Control Building that is currently installed at the location serves as a place for personnel to occasionally assemble and to keep computers monitoring the facility in a safe and weather proof environment." Is the replacement building also going to serve as an office and break room? Is the reason for getting certification from the Colorado Division of Housing for this building because it is to be inhabited by your employees? Let me know, Thanks, Molly 3
