Chevron USA — Piceance /San Juan respectfully submits an Air Pollution Emission Notice for a previously
exempt produced water frac tank battery located in Chevron's Piceance Basin in Garfield County. The
produced water tank battery consisting of 24 frae tanks will he located at Skinner Ridge 3513V. The site is
less than 0.25 miles from our Central Production Facility.
Also, I am requesting cancellation of a previously reported produced water frac tank battery consisting of
100 frac tanks located at our Central Production Facility. These tanks are not located at this site and all
emissions previously reported should be removed from the site totals.
Included in this package is a check in the amount of $152.90 for the APEN processing fees.
