No. 740451 of the Garfield County records; said parcel of land also being situated In the NW y NW14 of Section 17,
Township 7 South, Range 95 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, County of Garfield, State of Colorado; said parcel of
land being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 17; thence 5 01•54'41" E, a distance of 1238.14 feet to a point
on the Northerly Rlght•of•Way line of South Battlement Parkway as recorded as Rec, No, 398297, said point also being
the Southwest corner of the tract of land described In the Special Warranty Deed Recorded under Rec. No.316688;
thence along the Westerly boundarly line of said Tract of land N 01 "05'52'E, a distance of 205.58 feet to the
Northwesterly corner of said tract of land, said point also being the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence leaving said tract of
land along the common boundary between the above mention parcel of land recorded under Rec. No. 740451 and
the Easterly boundary of the Willow Creek Village Subdivision Section No. 2 according to the plat thereof as recorded
under reception No. 322310, N 01'05'52' 8, a distance of 25.00 feet; thence leaving said common line 5 88 "54'08" E, a
distance of 36.00 feet; thence 5 01'05'52" W, a distance of 25.00 feet to a point on the common boundary line
between the said parcel of rand and said tract of land recorded as Rec. No. 316688; thence along said common
boundary line N 88'54'08" W, a distance of 36.00 feet to the POINTOF BEGINNING.
