HomeMy WebLinkAbout01.06 Application AMDAPPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO SPECIAL USE PERMIT NO. 136 October 3, 1979 TO: THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GARFIELD COUNTY, COLORADO Application is hereby made for an Amendment to Special Use Permit No. 136 granted to Sievers Ranch & Development Co., a Colorado corporation, to allow extraction and processing of gravel and other natural resource material in excess of 70,000 tons per year and to expand the acreage under such permit to the following described property: Part of the E/2 SW /4, SW /4 NE /4, SE /4 NW /4, and NW /4 SE /4 Section 18, Township 7 South, Range 88 West, and Part of the E/2 NE /4, and NE /4 SE /4 Section 13, Township 7 South, Range 89 West, 6th. Principal Meridian, Garfield County, Colorado, containing 122.95 acres more or less. 1. There is attached hereto a booklet entitled "Conversion and Amendment of a Mined Land Reclamation Permit" which contains air-6f tie informa- tion necessary under the Garfield County Zoning Resolution. Such booklet is identical to that submitted to "the Stale of-Colorado under 1973 CRS34- 32- 101,et. seq. known as the "Colorado Mined Land Reclama- tion Act ", as amended July 1, 1976. 2. A fee of $500.00 is attached herewith for the processing of this amend- ment to the existing Special Use Permit. By: Respectfully Submitted.
