PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that The Sievers Ranch and Development
Company, a Colorado corporation, has applied to The Board of
County Commissioners, Garfield County, State of Colorado, to
grant an amendment to a Special Use Permit issued on April 4,
1977 in connection with the following described property situated
in the County of Garfield, State of Colorado; to -wit:
That portion of Lot 1, Sievers Ranch, lying and
situate southwesterly of the Robertson Ditch,
as shown on plat on file with the Garfield County
Clerk's office or Assessor's office, Section 13,
Township 7 South, Range 89 West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian.
Said Special Use Permit amendment is to permit the petitioner
(1) to create and operate a batch plant 'in connection with the
extraction and processing of gravel on the above described property,
and (2) to change the name of the permitee to THE SIEVERS RANCH
AND DEVELOPMENT CO., a Colorado corporation. This Special Use
application may be reviewed at the office of the Building Official
located at 2014 Blake Avenue, Glenwood Springs, Colorado, between
the hours of 8 :00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
That a public hearing on the application for the above
amended special use has been set for the llth day of July, A. D.
1977, at the hour of 2:30 P.M., in the office of the Board of
County Commissioners at the County Courthouse, Glenwood Springs,
Colorado.
