Said Special Use Permit amendment is to permit the petitioner (1) to create and operate a batch plant 'in connection with the extraction and processing of gravel on the above described property, and (2) to change the name of the permitee to THE SIEVERS RANCH AND DEVELOPMENT CO., a Colorado corporation. This Special Use application may be reviewed at the office of the Building Official located at 2014 Blake Avenue, Glenwood Springs, Colorado, between the hours of 8 :00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
