Dear Mr. Jarman:
Aspen Glen Golf Company is the owner of the remaining undeveloped parcel of land within
the Aspen Glen PUD. This parcel of land is the subject of the PUD Zone Text Amendment
Application being submitted herewith. We hereby authorize Lawrence R. Green and his firm
Balcornb & Green, P.C. to submit and prosecute such an application on behalf of Aspen Glen Golf
Company. Please correspond directly with Mr. Green on all matters regarding such application.
