Trucks being used for the day will leave the property in the morning between 6:00 and 8:00 AM and will be emptied at the landfill and return to the property any time between 2:00 and 5:OOPM. The owners /operators will be residing on the premises cutting down additional traffic coming and going. The number of vehicles on an average work day that will be accessing this property is up to 2, this figure will not change weekly or monthly. Trucks To Be Stored /Parked: A 25 Yard Rear Load Truck A 20 Yard Rear Load Truck A 10 Yard Side Load Truck A Roll -off Truck Containers To Be Stored: 95 Galion Toters for Residential Use - Up to 30 - No Materials Stored in them. 3 & 4 Yard Rearload Commercial Containers - Up to 6 - No Materials Stored in them. 30 Yard Roll -Off Containers - Up to 3 - No Materials Stored in them. These containers will be brought to the property and removed as customers move into and out of the area. Thus the number of containers will vary due to demand. Utility Requirements: There will be no additional utilities, or existing and or proposed structures required in conjunction with this Special Use Permit. The Adjacent Property Owners: Adjacent property owners within 200 feet of subject property bounders - Kevin S. and Tammy A. We will be taking the steps needed to prevent drainage from the property onto the road and will be laying a 10 foot deep (from the county road in) and 40 foot wide asphalt driveway. From that point the driveway will be graveled as well as the parking lot. Along the right hand side of the driveway as you leave there will be a stop sign in place. Impact To Adjacent Land Owners and To The Subject Property: We are not aware of any impact that would cause problems with the adjacent land or that would require screen fencing or landscaping of the periphery of the lot, or any location of intensively utilized areas, access points, lighting and signs that would take away from the established character of the neighborhood.
