I have read the statements above and have provided the required attached information which is correct and accurate to the best of my knowledge. (Signature of applicant/owner) Last Revised: 02/2006 July 31, 2007 Special Use Request Information: This is a request for a special use permit of the 20 acres that I just purchased on County Road 303, I am not aware of an address number for my property as of yet. The plan I have for this property is for my personal residence. I will be submitting a plan to you for the construction of my home as soon as the loan is finalized. This request is to seek permission to park my trucks and to store a few waste containers on the property as well. All my work is done off the site and the trucks will be parked at the end of my work day. I have four trucks, one 25 yard that I use every day, one 20 yard for a back up truck, one roll -off truck used when called for, and one small 10 yard truck used every day. I will store a few roll -off containers, a few rear -load containers, and several residential toters on the property. In my plan I will be storing these items out of sight from the public view. I do not have drawings of the plans for my property as of yet due to waiting on the loan. But it is my goal to lay out my property in such a way that the parking of my trucks etc. will not be an eye sore to residence around me. There will not be any heavy traffic to and from my property. Only my wife, my sister, and my self are involved in the operation of my business, and as I said all business is conducted off the premises.
