Jarman Garfield County Planning Department 108 8th street, Suite 401 Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 RE: Dalbo, Inc. Special Use Permit Additional Information for permit Dear Mr. Jarman: The following information best represents the traffic movement for Dalbo, Inc. in Rifle, Colorado. The information represents the number of trucks housed at our yard, the number of employees, and the number of trips made on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Number of trucks housed at our yard: Large trucks — 80 Pickup trucks — 5 Employee vehicles parked at yard: Weekday basis — 80 Weekend basis— 40 Company vehicles driven to yard: Weekday -5 We anticipate 80 employees would drive their vehicles to our yard on a weekday basis (monday thru friday being the weekday). They would then drive a larger truck from our yard to the work area and at the end of the day drive the large truck back to the Dalbo, Inc. yard to be parked for the night. They would leave the yard in their own vehicles. Normally, weekends are not as busy as weekdays for us. About 40 employees would come to work on the weekends in their own vehicles, drive a large truck away from the yard. At the end of the day drive the large truck back to the yard. They would leave the yard in their own vehicles. We have 5 company owned pickups that are used for a variety of uses. These uses would include parts pickup, equipment repair off site, and general use at our yard. We would anticipate a total of 10 - 15 trips per weekday with these trucks. We would have 10 employees that would work at the office and mechanics shop. They would drive to work in their own cars and leave again at the end of the work day. We would have 5 pickups used by salesmen that would make a trip to and from the yard each weekday. We also store frac tanks at our yard and we would anticipate that a total number of 15 new tanks would be delivered to our yard on a monthly basis. Then a winch truck would haul it to a well site. Occasionally, a frac tank will need to come to our yard for repairs. We anticipate that this could occur about 10 times per month. Sincerely, Nick Richins
