Thankyou for forwarding the information regarding this project. As I mentioned this morning, I will now be acting
as EnCana's agent on these and other projects. We would like to officially withdraw the Lake Fox application at
this time. Please cancel the BOCC hearing date currently set for 7/12/04. We will be submitting an ammended
application packet which will include the required documentation pertainning to the existing 8" water supply
pipeline, the Lake Fox Pond and Facility, and sceintific data regarding the proposed water treatment system.
Again, thanks for your cooperation and assistance. I will contact you in the near future to discuss the project
further.
