DEAR MARK;
I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED CONDOMINIUM PLAT AND NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1) THE DATE OF 1994 IN THE CERTIFICATES MAY NEED TO BE CHANGED TO 1995.
2) THE CORPORATE NAME OF " NIPCO" IN THE DEDICATION IS SHOWN AS "NIBCO" IN THE
SIGNATURE LINE. IT ALSO APPEARS AS " NIBCO" IN THE NOTARY STATEMENT.
3) THE NAME "AUBURN RIDGE CONDOMINIUM" IN THE DEDICATION SHOULD INDICATE THE PLURAL
"CONDOMINIUMS"
4) UNDER THE LEGEND AND NOTES THERE IS A STATEMENT DEFINING WHAT ELEMENTS ARE G.C.E.
AND L.C.E. I THINK THAT IT MAY BE A GOOD IDEA TO INCLUDE SIDEWALKS AND STAIRS AS
G.C.E.
5) A VICINITY MAP IS REQUIRED PER COUNTY SUBDIVISION REGULATION.
6) THE COUNTY SURVEYOR CERTIFICATE HAS BEEN REVISED AND THE NEW CERTIFICATE SHOULD
BE USED.
7) COUNTY ROAD *114 SHOULD BE LABELED ON THE MAP.
8) I TAKE IT THAT THE ACCESS FOR THIS PROPERTY IS THROUGH LOT 1 AND THE ACCESS AND
UTILITY EASEMENT ACROSS LOT 1. SHOULD THIS BE SHOWN ON THIS PLAT?
9) PLEASE ADD TIES FOR THE EASEMENTS.
10) INTERIOR WALLS ARE NOT SHOWN FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL UNIT. DO THEY NEED TO BE SHOWN?
11) ON SHEET 4 THERE IS A DIMENSION IN SECTION "B —B" THAT IS THE WRONG TEXT
SIZE. (SECOND FLOOR UNIT *201, BLDG, F AND H)
