DRAWER 2010 GLENWOOD SPRINGS, CO 81602 December 5, 1994 Dave Michaelson Garfield County Planning Department 109 8th Street Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 RE: Application for Condominiumization of Auburn Ridge Apartments Dear Mr. Michaelson: I represent Joe Corda and the other owners of the property known as the Auburn Ridge Apartments located at 0228 Auburn Ridge Lane, Glenwood Springs, Garfield County, Colorado. The owners wish to condominiumize the 48 unit apartment complex in an effort to protect the future value of the property to provide individually owned units for sale to prospective purchasers at reasonable cost. -A Plat, Declaration, Articles of Incorporation of the Association and Bylaws have been prepared and are submitted herewith for review and comment. The property was subdivided by Los Amigos Ranch Partnership and subsequently resubdivided into two lots of 7 acres each and sold. There has been no change in use. The owners merely wish to resubdivide again to create a condominium complex and affordable housing. There is currently one creditor, Pat and Patsy Dowdy of Glenwood Springs. To my knowledge, we have their cooperation in this project. There are only two adjacent landowners. Colorado Mountain College and Los Amigos Ranch. Notices to lienholders, surrounding landowners and tenants will be submitted in accordance with procedural requirements.
