Ranch Subdivision HCE project No. 2000051,01 Gentlemen: Exhibit B P. 01 I am writing on behalf of Mary Anne Hyde, the owner of the TO Ranch. In accordance with the terms of the Subdivision Improvement Agreement by and between the Owner and the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, each request for partial release of collateral must be signed by the Project Engineer, and shall certify that: 1. All costs for which the release is being requested have been incurred itt connection with the construction of the improvements; 2. All work performed and materials supplied grain accordance with the plans and specifications; 3. All work has been performed in a workmanlike manner; 4. No funds are being requested for work not completed, or for materials not installed or stored on site; and 5. Based on periodic observations of the conshuction, HCE certifies that khe improvements shown in the plans and specifications have been completed and approved, in accordance with the plans and specifications. 6. The Project Engineer has inspected, approved and has certified that all such improvements have been constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications, Please consider this letter certification by the Project Engineer, High Country Engineering, Inc. (HCE), that all of the foregoing requirements have been met. This statement of completion shall in no way relieve any other party from meeting requirements imposed bycontract or other means, including commonly accepted industry practices. On the owner's behalf, we are requesting that the Final Plat collateral requirement, for road, earthwork and utility improvements be waived by the county, Please contact me if you have any questions or need additional information.
