Book. 334. at_Page_ 152 -158, of_ the_ me.ords of the clerk and recorder of Garfield County, Colorado; TOGETHER WITH that portion of the streets and alleys vested in the owners of the above - described property by virtue of Resolution #78 -67 of the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado vacating parts of streets and alleys, which resolution was recorded as Reception No. 286584 in Book 511 at Pages 824 -825 of said Garfield County records; with all its appurtenances, and warrant the title to the same against all persons claiming under the Grantors.
