A technical completeness review, to determine if all submittal requirements are included in your application materials, has resulted in a determination that that only one item is missing -- and that is the draft plat. I understand that you have concerns regarding the `flag' lot but a Final Plat is a submittal requirement and possibly the most critical part of the review. Please have SurvCo prepare a draft Final Plat of the proposed subdivision with all required County plat notes and certificates (please have your surveyor contact me if they need this information). The existing conditions on the site do not need to appear on the Final Plat as we have the existing conditions map. Once we receive three copies (24" x 36 ") of the draft Final Plat we can set a Director decision date and complete the public notice. I have to commend on you on the thoroughness and organization of the submittal documentation, it was very well put together! This certainly has eased my review of your request. I am still awaiting comments from the County Attorney, but I don't anticipate any issues. Please contact me if you have any questions. incerely, Kathy Ea -t -y, AICP Cc: File
