Adjacent Property Owners and Mineral Owners
Per Section 4‐203 (B) (3), a list and map of real property, the owners of record, and mailing
address of adjacent property owners within 200 feet of the subject property is required in the
submittal package. Also, a list of mineral estate owners in the Subject Site including name and
