Per your Brian McBrides request, I am writing to clarify a few field changes and conditions.
Item 1: The double top plate was removed from the top of the stud wall over the door to
the upper deck. A Simpson LS50 clip will be added at each inside comer.
Item 2: The exterior steel beams and columns will remain as unpainted steel per
architectural intent
Item 3: The upper floor framing was modified per the revised plans to include a (3) 14n
ML at the cantilever over the hall with T Jl's framing back to the exterior waU.
Item 4: The (2) ply ML roof beam over the Hallway to the addition is very short and is
allowed to be drilled per the note on the revised plan.
