AMENDED LAND USE CHANGE PERMIT for The addition of three (3) antennas to the Monopine Communication Facility located at 324 Coryell Ridge Road, Garfield County PARCEL NO# 2395-014-00-108 In accordance with and pursuant to the provisions of the Garfield County 2013 Land Use and Development Code , as amended , the Director of Community Development, Garfield County, State of Colorado, hereby authorizes , by Land Use Change Permit, the following activity : Amendment to the "Communication Facility" approved by Resolution 2001-07 (SUAA7886) The Land Use Change Permit is hereby conditionally issued based upon the attached Determination and shall be valid only during compliance with applicable provisions of the Garfield County 2013 Land Use and Development Code, as amended, Building Code, and other regulations of the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado. Your application to co-locate three (3) antennas on the permitted monopine (Resolution 2001-07) has been reviewed and the Director hereby issues a decision conditionally approving the request. The condition of approval is as follows : 1. That all representations made by the Applicant in the application, correspondence, and meetings with county staff, shall be considered conditions of approval unless otherwise amended or changed by the Director.
