RE: 3768 Highway 82, Garfield County Colorado
To Whom it May Concern,
The purpose of this letter is to address the re-inspection of Unit 1B at the address mentioned
above . In summary, my office was asked to inspect and address the structural items for
Conditions for Permit as requested by Garfield County. A report summarizing the project, my
initial inspection, the building construction, building alteration and conclusions and
recommendations was issued by my office on April 9th of this year.
Several items were observed to be non compliant with the structural specifications of the me
2009, the current building code of Garfield County. Those items were as follows:
• Room No : 1
o Lighting system suspended by a non structural garage door track
o Non compliant storage shelves
o Improperly supported 1 SO gallon water reservoir
• Room No. 2
o Electrical ballast storage shelves No. 1 and 2 were in a state of failure
I re-inspected these items on April 25th. The items have been brought into a state of compliance,
or have been removed from the property. In summary the:
• Building alterations
• Partition walls
• Storage platforms and lofts
• Cables and assemblies supporting electrical , plumbing and lighting equipment
are in general compliance with structural aspects of the 2009 me . Please contact my office with

1) Bird screen has been installed on the ai r intake sid e of the supply fan at the second floor
window leve l.
2) A seco nd fan was removed. The g l ass window now covers the area where it was in stalled.
3) A bird scree n was also insta lled at the end of the duct next t o the sp ira l staircase
