Completed inspection of lower level bathroom. ~ound that the room is accessible per ibc code.
Completed inspection of floors and base boards . Found that all floors in wet areas were covered with
non-absorbent material. Found that all walls in wet areas had at least a 4" of non-absorbent baseboard
protection.
In spection was comp leted and found that the building conforms line 13 and 14 of the conditions of
permit.
