Rick owns the old sale barn in Sift. He put the new roof on the building and did a remodel an the structure. Mike Lyons
is going to move into the structure for his recycle business and wanted to wait to pave the parking area until he installs a
scale in the parking lot. Part of the paved parking area is the accessible parking for the building. They will provide a
letter prior to final asking to pave latter this summer for the accessible portion of the parking lot. I said it would be O.K.
as long as they get the work done in the next couple of months.

Good morning Andy,
This letter is in response to our brief meeting this past Tuesday, May 27 about the required
handicap parking space at the new Green Zone Recycling building in Silt.
The Lyons will be installing a truck scale at this address and then will be paving in front
of the building for their business and for the required handicap parking space.
We (Lawrence Family Investments, llc, owners of the property) and the Lyons would like an
additional 90 days to get all of the truck scale infrastucture in and pave the front of the
building.
The paving will be done by September 1, 2014.
