Dear Karl;
This letter is provided to you as the representative of Blue Heron Properties, LLC who .
has applied for a PUD Amendment for the lronbridge PUD . The request has been
reviewed by Community Development and the Director hereby issues a decision
conditionally approving the request. The conditions of approval are as follows :
1. The Applicant shall adequately address all review comments rece ived from the
Community Development Department and referral agencies prior to record ing of
documentation .
2. The Applicant shall submit a PUD Plan consistent with the PUD Guide .
3. The Applicant shall provide the following to Community Development:
a. A clean copy of the PUD Guide and PUD Plan for recording ;
b. An electronic Microsoft Word document of the PUD Guide and PUD Plan .
Notice of this decision will be provided to the Board of County Commissioners who has
the ability to 'call -up ' the application for review at a public hearing. You will be notified
of the Board decision once it is received or upon expiration of the 1 O day not ice period
(March 21 , 2014).
