operation, no. of vehicles/day, location and size of
structures, etc.).
2. Existing or proposed method of sewage, source of disposal
and water. Road access and other information deemed
necessary to explain proposed use.
3. A vicinity map drawn to scale depicting the subject
property, location, and use of building and structures on
adjacent lots .

If public notice is required, notice provided by the Planning
Department shall be sent out at least five ( 5) days prior to
hearing by return-receipt mail to all the above noted adjoining
property owners. Mailing i s the applicant's responsibility and
proof of mailing must be presented at the hearing. Additionally,
the same notice shall be published one (1) time in the official
County newspaper at least fifteen (15) days prior to such hearing
date. Applicant shall bE~ar the cost of publication and be
responsible for presenting the "Proof of Publication" at the
hearing.

Dear Sir or Madam:
I would like to apply for a special use permit that would
enable me to process either or wild game and some domestic
animals.
The plan is located 1~ miles North West of Silt. Part of
our residence at 0964-229 Road is the proposed site. The
location is located in the half basement of my 1979 Shilo
mobil home.
During hunting season, many times, Gross Locker in Silt calls
and asks if I can take wild game, and one occasion, Rifle Packing
called for the same reason.
I would like to process wild game: antelope, deer, elk, or
any classified wild game during their respective seasons, which
are archery, black powder, regular rifle, and late damage seasons.
The months run, August through the end of December.
Also I would like to process some domestic animals, beef, pigs
and sheep, I will not do any slaughtering since that requires
U.S.D.A. approval.
During regular hunting season there is an average of 6
vehicles per day traveling county Road 229 to my residence.
The hours of processing vary according to my regular full time
job, the traffic is usually evening traffic.
I do have all the necessary processing equipment, including
an 8 X 8 quick freeze unit, a five horse power compressor and
evaporating unit to keep the room at 40°. There is also hot and
cold running water. The water drains into a 1250 gallon septic
tank with a 1000 gallon dry well. My well provides the water
to supply the water need.
I have no bathroom set up, but use the bathroom in the main
house.
I feel this processing during hunting season is very helpful
for people who can not be helped by the other two processors in
our area.
The capacity of my rails is around 20 animals and I have
processed around 60 to 80 animals during all the seasons.

The processing of domestic average around 10 beef, 20 pigs
and a few sheep. The main processing comes from family and
friends.
