Reception#: 773599 08119/2009 11:03:42 AM Jean Alberico 1 of 1 Rec Fee:$0.00 Doc Fee:0.00 GARFIELD COUNTY CO SPECIAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT For A "Processing and Material Handling of Natural Resources" Facility Located on Well Pad 21B-31-691 and Within a Property Owned By Perry Dan Rodreick (Operator: Bill Barrett Corporation), Garfield County Parcel Number: 2181-312-00-222 In accordance with and pursuant to the provisions of the Garfield County Unified Land Use Resolution of 2008, as amended, and Resolution No. 2008 - 115 of the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, State of Colorado, The Director hereby authorizes, by an amended Special Use Permit, the following activity: ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL TO ADD TEN (1 0) ADDITIONAL TANKS FOR PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PRODUCED WATER This Amended Special Use.,Permit is issued subject to the original conditions set forth in Resolution(200874) and additional conditions as noted below and all other applicable provisions of the Garfield County Unified Land Use Resolution of 2008, as amended, Building Code, and other regulations of the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado. This Amended Special Use Permit is issued under the authority granted to the Director of Building and Planning under Section 4-107 of the Unified Land Use Resolution of 2008. That all representations of the Applicant within the application shall be considered conditions of approval. 2. The Applicant shall comply with all previous Conditions of Approval imposed by the Board of County Commissioners on April 7, 2008 stated in Resolution No. 2008-43. 3. The owner shall record all truck traffic to and from the site and calculate trips based on time of day. If a request for truck trip generation is requested by Garfield County it will be provided within five (5) working days of the request. 4. The owner shall provide copies of future correspondence and/or permits which affect any changes to air quality or the exempt status of the site with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. The site shall be operated so as to comply with all Federal, State and County air quality laws, regulations and standards.
