INSTALLATION INSIGNIA IS AFFIXED PRIOR TO CO/FINAL INSPECTION. 7) A CURRENT PROPERTY SURVEY SHOWING ALL STRUCTURES AND IMPROVEMENTS, SEALED BYA COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR, IS REQUIRED FOR CO/FINAL INSPECTION. 8) DEBRIS MUST BE REMOVED FROM PROPERTY PRIOR TO CO/FINAL INSPECTION, TO INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MISCELLANEOUS TRASH, VEHICLES, TIRES, 5TH WHEEL TRAILER, AND FALLEN TREE. THISTLES MUST BE CUT DOWN AND REMOVED. BUILDING OFFICIAL WILL INSPECT REMOVAL OF BEBRIS PRIOR TO CO/FINAL INSPECTION.
