RELATIONSHIP TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN Three sites are located in District c, rural areas with minor environmental constraints; with the fourth located in District F, rural areas with severe environmental constraints, as designated on the cornpreher1sive Plan Management Districts Map. II. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPOSAL A. Site Description: The sites are of the county, with land uses agricultural, rural residential, located in a rural portion in the vicinity primarily and open space.
