I. RELATIONSHIP TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
Three sites are located in District c, rural areas with minor
environmental constraints; with the fourth located in District F,
rural areas with severe environmental constraints, as designated
on the cornpreher1sive Plan Management Districts Map.
II. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPOSAL

V. RECOMMENDATION

of the Road and Bridge supervisor, including, but not

original condition upon completion of drilling activities,
and dust control measures as needed.
