I forwarded the application to David Bartholomew for his review. Please note that if information is missing, the
application will need to be submitted at the front desk rather than in email fashion. Once a permit application is
complete and submitted, it is put in the queue with other pending permits. It is possible the permit will not be ready to
issue as you requested for next Monday. We strive for a quick turnaround period for all applicants. Unfortunately,
there may be other permits in the queue before yours.

Per your discussion with Ted on Friday 6/27, attached is our permit application for 108 Riverbend
Way, Glenwood, CO 81601. Please contact us if you have any questions.
We will call in and pay the submittal fee over the phone once you have confirmed receipt of the
application and documents.
The work starts next Monday 7/7 so we will pick up the permit when our crew arrives in Glenwood
that morning.
