Andy Schwaller Garfield County Environmental Health 108 8th Street, Suite 201 Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 Re: Elder Property HCE Project Number 2061010.00 Dear Andy: LAND SURVEYING RECEIVED MAY 3 0 2007 LD ,.'OUNTY uviLDING & PLANNING The following letter is to confirm the engineer's acceptance of the designed septic system of the Elder property, 1156 CR 352, Rifle Co 81650. The design included a 1,000 gallon septic tank, and bed system. A 1,500 gallon septic tank was installed instead of the 1,000 gallon septic tank, and the bed system configuration was moved about 165 feet south and rotated per site conditions per the attached as built drawings. The pond was re -located as well to best fit the topography and maintain the 50' setback distance from the field. All of the inspection wells, infiltrators, manifolds, and cleanouts were inspected and were installed satisfactory. With the above noted changes, the system has been completed with the intent of the original design. If you have any questions, or need additional information, please contact us.
