All representations made in the application shall be considered conditions of approval, unless modified by this Exhibit A. 2. There are no regulated wetland areas associated with this permit. 3. No alterations of the floodplain may be made other than the specific improvements noted in the application and shown on drawing by Gene Rasmussen, labeled "Piceance Basin Development Central Production Facility Pad Post Construction Floodplain Limits" (PBSR-59836AVF-CIV-PMT- URS-00000-00002-00) submitted as a July 2, 2008, addendum to an application signed and stamped by Sally Cuffin, P.E. 4. All new construction or substantial improvements shall be designed (or modified) and adequately anchored to prevent flotation, collapse or lateral movement of the structure resulting from hydrodynamic and hydrostatic loads, including the effects of buoyancy. 5. All new construction or substantial improvements shall be constructed with materials resistant to flood damage. 6. All new construction or substantial improvements shall be constructed by methods and practices that minimize flood damage. 7. All new construction or substantial improvements shall be constructed with electrical, heating, ventilation, plumbing, and air conditioning equipment and other service facilities that are designed and/or located so as to prevent water from entering or accumulating within the components during conditions of flooding. 8. Safety plan measures submitted as Piceance Basin Natural Gas Development Severe Weather/Flood Evacuation Plan submitted as a July 10, 2008, addendum to the application shall be followed to help ensure safety to workers.
