LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Sleepy Hollow Ranch Mobile Home Park
A parcel of land in the northeast one-quarter of
the southeast one-quarter of Section 10, and the southwest
one-quarter of Section 11, Township 6 South, Range 93 West
of the Sixth Principal Meridian.
Beginning at a point whence the southeast corner of Section
10 bears south 0 degrees, 10 minutes west, 1320 feet, then
north 89 degrees, 50 minutes west to a point on the southerly
right-of-way line of a county road as constructed and in
place.
Thence along the southerly right-of-way of said road
to the northeast corner of the parcel described on Page 285
of Book 451, Garfield County Records.
Thence south 0 degrees, 10 minutes west along the east
property line of said parcel to the north line of the southwest
one-quarter of the southwest one-quarter of Section 11, a
distance of 1175 feet.
Thence north 89 degrees, 50 minutes west along the
north line of the southwest one-quarter of the southwest one-
quarter to the point of beginning.
