Enclosed is our permit application for the roof replacement we'll be doing at the above
referenced address. Also enclosed is a letter from the property owner authorizing Tiley
Roofing to pull the permit and a check for $105.00, which includes return postage to our
office. Please process and send us the pennit A.S.A.P. because we want to begin the job
next week. Send the pennit to Tiley Roofing, Attn: Susi Ellis, 5399 Federal Blvd,
