Andy-
By request of the land owner (Dixon Water Foundation, Parcel # 2179114001144) the project would
like to amend the Pipe Line ROW per the attached drawing. This alignment actually takes the line
into the agricultural field which has been deemed to be harvestable commodity with no impact to
the Noxious Weed inventory.
The disturbed surface area is 35,700ft² which is less than what was originally permitted-however the
project remains as Major Permit, no action to be taken.
The Letter of Authority that was provided with the application remains in enforcement to this work.
