Dear Mr. Jarman:
Encana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc. (Encana) has sold the above -referenced pipeline to Hunter Ridge Energy
Services LLC. Encana requests that the PDP: Phase 11 of the CoP Pipeline Project (Rec No. 752929) and
any future correspondence be transferred and directed to Hunter Ridge Energy Services LLC effective the
week of November 1, 2012. Encana also requests release of reclamation bond 105189997.
As existing permittee, I hereby agree to the transfer of the above -referenced permit and all responsibilities
thereof.
