Right -of -Way Application

The purpose of this project is to construct a 16 -inch natural gas liquids pipeline from the
Dragon Compressor Station in Uintah County, Utah to the Thompson Springs
Compressor Station in Grand County, Utah. This pipeline is proposed to be constructed
through Rio Blanco County, Garfield County and Mesa County, Colorado.
This natural gas liquids pipeline will connect existing facilities in Utah to Mid-America
Pipeline Company, LLC facilities in Grand County, Utah.
The pipeline is being proposed to provide safe, reliable and cost effective transportation
of natural gas liquids produced in the area.
As per the Garfield County Unified Land Use Resolution of 2008, as amended, Section 9-
102, "Development Plan Review for Pipeline Right -of -Way", Mid-America Pipeline
Company, LLC is required to apply for a Development Plan Review for Right -of -Way
because the proposed pipeline is "greater than 12" in diameter and over 2 miles in
length".
