Private landowners are identified by Assessor's Parcel Number. This information is accurate as of March 10, 2012. Garfield County planning staff has made a determination that only surface owners are to be identified and notified regarding the proposed right-of-way. Please see attached in Tab 2 the alignment sheets that note ownership within 200 feet of the proposed right-of-way. 1. Properties that the Pipeline is being constructed upon.
