The following is a list of landowners adjacent to or within 200' of the proposed right-of-
way for the Western Expansion Project II.
Private landowners are identified by Assessor's Parcel Number. This information is
accurate as of March 10, 2012.
Garfield County planning staff has made a determination that only surface owners are to
be identified and notified regarding the proposed right-of-way.
Please see attached in Tab 2 the alignment sheets that note ownership within 200 feet of
the proposed right-of-way.

Plan Review for Right -of -Way Application that will be submitted to Garfield County.
