WHEREAS, this Board of County Commissioners and pierreBerthelemy has heretofore filed a p;tition with the Board ofcounty commissioners of Garfield cbunty to rezone the hereindescribed property in Garfield county tro* aqicuiturai_/Resi-dential/Rural Denslty Zone Distrl_ct to pl-anned unitDevelopment zone oistrict and to approve a planned unitDevelopment plan for Ri-f1e service-iark, a planned unitDevelopmenti and
WTIEREAS, a public hearing was held by this Board onDecember 29, 1980; and
WIIEREAS, based on the evidence, testimoDy, exhibj_ts,study of the General pran for the unincorporated area of thecounty, contrnents of the Garfield county planninq Department,corGments of public officials and agerrcies, and. .o*1"r.t= f:r:omall interested parties, this Board-finas-"=-iofi;;;;
1- That proper publicatj-on ani. publ-i-c notice wasprovided as required by law for the hearinq before the Board;
2- That the hearing before the Board was extensiveand completer -that all perlinent facts, matters and issueswere submitted and that all interested parti"= *"=" heard.at that hearing;
3- That the Garfj-eld countv planning co:nmission hasrecortrnended to this Board that the reguested rezoning begranted i '

5- That the proposed land use will be compatible withexisting and permittad land uses resulting from ti:e naturarand planned expansion of the City of niffe;

meeting of the Board of county commissioners for Garfield county, colorado,
County, Colorado, and meet all requirements of the Zoning
Resolution of Garfield County, and furiher that the requested
Planned Unit Development is suitable and appropriate for
the subject property considering the location, condition
and circumstances of said property, and that the proposed
amendment i-mplements the purposes and meets the standards
and requirements of the Planned Unit Development provisions
of the Garfield County Zoning Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commj-ssioners of Garfield County,, Colorado:
Section l. That the petition of this Board of County

Agricultural/Residential/RuraI Density zone District to
Planned Unit Development Zone District for the following
described unincorporated area of Garfield County be approved,
subject however, to the conditions contained herein:
