A copy of Assessor's map showing property; and a listing of all adjoining property owners and property owners within 200 feet of said property. Notice containing information described under paragraph 5 shall be mailed to all owners of record of these lots at least 5 days prior to the hearing by certified return receipt mail. 6. Notice including the name of the applicant, description of the subject lot, a description of the proposed special use and the time and place for the hearing shall be given in the newspaper of general circulation in that portion of the County at least fifteen (15) days prior to such hearing time. Applicant shall bear the cost of advertising. 7. A fee of $500.00 shall be charged for each application and shall be sub- mitted with the application. This Special Use Permit is in compliance with Sections 5.03 and 9.03 of the Garfield County Zoning Resolution and as per application. This request is to apply for and obtain a Commercial Park Special Use Permit, allowino us to operate a Beauty Shop at this residence. This operation will be on a low key basis, keeping traffic to a minimum. Sufficient parking is available, as evident by the attached drawing. Traffic flow will be smooth, with the entrance from mel Ray and the exit via a circle drive. There is appro irnately 2600 square feet of living space in the house, of which about 382 square feet will be used for the beaty shop area. There will be a seperate entrance fog the Beauty Shop, and also restroom facilities are located within the shop, as specified in Colorado State eosrnetology Laws.
