Dear Mr. Bartholomew :
McMillon Engineering inspected the new foundation construction
for the basement wall and interior thickened slab and determined
that it was constructed in accordance with the plans designed by
this office.
The concrete flatwork for the 14'x12 ' patio was built
satisfactorily, and the 12" deep by 8" wide grade beam footer
placed at the end of the patio is sufficiently built to carry the
imposed loads from the porch cover.
