I also support Pat Gleason's Special Use Permit at 3409 County Road #315 Mamm Creek. 1,
along with my husband, own the land immediately to the south of the planned storage area.
We are planning on building aur permanent home here and highly appreciate the intrinsic
beauty in this area.
Ms. Gleeson takes into account the natural setting, in fact, the gulch where she plans to build
the storage lot will naturally screen the vehicles, and her lay out wilt further hide the RV's from
views.
I strongly support her plans to store recreational vehicles next to our property on Mamm
Creek Road. I believe this project would naturally limit the traffic in our area yet provide a
service to the community.
I believe she has put the designing into this project that will minimize any impact visually,
traffic -wise, and environmentally. l further believe she will continue to protect the inherent

I wanted you to know I support Pat Gleason's Special Use Permit at 3409 County Road
#315 Mamm Creek.
Her request to park a few recreational vehicles hat are screened from view Is
reasonable. I have passed by this spot many times and it is hard to see up this gulch —
it already has a natural berm — so this lot would pass unnoticed. Her plan is sound and
reflects her concern for protecting the view and the environment.
I am her neighbor on the South and will pass by this place daily. It offers a good
location to get RV's out of neighborhoods and out of sight.

14 recreational vehicles at this address. It is also the District's
understanding that there will not be any commercial structures built on
this property:
This area is within the boundaries of the Rifle Fire Protection District
and fire protection and emergency medical services are provided to this
area by the District. in order to assist the District in theproviding of
these services we would make the following recommendtions:
1. Areas for parking. are to be kept free of combustible vegetation.

intersects with the County Road. Letters are to be a minimum of 4 inches
in height, 1/2 inch in width and contrast with background colors.
5. The District would recommend that you continue to work with the
District to research the feasibility of a dry hydrant installation in Mamm
Creek for fire protection water.

I strongly support her plans to store recreational vehicles next to our property on Mamm
Creek Road. I believe this project would naturally limit the traffic in our area yet provide a
service to the community.
I believe she has put the designing into this project that will minimize any impact visually,
traffic -wise, and environmentally. I further believe she will continue to protect the inherent
beauty and peacefulness of the area.
