AKA Cox parcel #5. It has an existing well that was permitted for 15 gallons of water per minute for domestic purposes. The well permit # is 210885. I would like to build a 4 car garage with a caretakers unit above and complete this by 2007. The Caretakers unit is 1497 sq. feet which is indicated on my building plans. When I receive my building permit I will have the County of Garfield come out and locate an approved septic site which will be large enough to accommodate both the garage/studio and the future house.
