SPECIAL USE PERMIT
(Issued to a property owned by Patrick and Marilyn Fitzgerald)
In accordance with and pursuant to the Garfield County Zoning Resolution of 1978, as
amended, and Resolution No. 2 0 0 4 - 6 5 of the Board of County
Commissioners of Garfield County, State of Colorado, hereby authorizes, by Special Use
Permit, the following use:
"TWO FAMILY DWELLING UNIT"
This Special Use Permit is issued to the property owned by Patrick and Marilyn
Fitzgerald containing a single family dwelling unit located at 0600 CR 138 between the
cities of Glenwood Springs and New Castle in the A/R/RD zone district and in Study
Area II of the Comprehensive Plan of 2000, and is legally described as Lot 4, First
Amended Senor Mesa Exemption to Garfield County, Colorado and located in Section 35,
Township5 South, Range 90 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian and also, in the County
of Garfield, State of Colorado.
The Special Use Permit is issued subject to the conditions set forth in the above
mentioned resolution, and shall be valid only during compliance with such conditions and
other applicable provisions of the Garfield County Zoning Resolution, Building Code,
Comprehensive Plan, and other regulations of the Board of County Commissioners of
Garfield County, Colorado
