Subject: FW: Velasquez Building Permit and Home Office
In follow up to the first e-mail, Jim did an inspection of the garage. It appears Mr. Velasquez may not
meet the definition of Home Occupation. It appears to be more of a Contractors Yard. Chris will be
working out these details with Mr. Velasquez, and Mr. Velasquez will be amending his building permit for
the storage mezzanine and office. There appears to be outside service truck parking as well. We how
have confirmation of what is at the site and Chris can carry on with the enforcement actions.
Hopefully prior to the pre application meeting we will have the above worked out. Please contact Chris
with any updates.

Subject: Velasquez Building Permit and Home Office
Rob Velasquez has an expired building permit and illegal home office/business. He should be contacting a
planner to heal his ways with the home occupation. Please let Chris know of any progress by Rob to achieve
compliance with either the building or zoning issues.
