The dust control we discussed where Sanders Construction is drilling has been answered to my satisfaction. An extra water line will be run to mist the blooey line. Sanders Construction will be the Contractor on both wells and page three of your staff's recommendation for approval has been included with the drilling contract. The rig should be ready to move in Friday March 2, 1990. Thank you for your help in approving these permits. If I need to provide any more information or can be of further assistance, please advise. Sin Jim Periman, Engineer JDP:dld 9 . cl o 7 7711 Public Service® 5909 E. 38th 38th Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80207-1295 Mr. James Periman Fina Oil and Chemical Company 1601 Northwest Expressway, Suite 900 Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73118 Dear Mr. Periman: Public Service Company of Colorado February 20, 1990 This letter will acknowledge our telephone conversation of February 12, 1990 whereby you notified Public Service Company of Colorado of your need and intent to cross under the Company's Shoshone -Cameo 69,000 volt electric line with drill rigs in order to gain access to Well sites #14.22 and #3.28. You further advised that these crossings would occur in the SW4 of Section 22 and the NWj of Section 28, all in Township 6 South, Range 94 West, of the 6th Principal Meridian, Garfield County, Colorado. Public Service Company has no objection to these crossings provided adequate consideration is given to the safety of the lines when the drill rigs cross under them. By copy of this letter, I am alerting the Company's transmission line patrolman, Harold DeWeese at Rifle (625-1226), so that he is aware of these drilling operations. We appreciate you advising us of your proposed drilling operations. If I can be of any further assistance, please contact me.
