Dear Mark,
Drilling Permits
Clough #14-22 & #3-28
Sec. 22 & 28-6S-R94W
Garfield County, Colorado
I have enclosed the Certified Mail Receipt and letters from
area utility companies as we discussed. The dust control we
discussed where Sanders Construction is drilling has been answered
to my satisfaction. An extra water line will be run to mist the
blooey line. Sanders Construction will be the Contractor on both
wells and page three of your staff's recommendation for approval
has been included with the drilling contract.
The rig should be ready to move in Friday March 2, 1990.
Thank you for your help in approving these permits. If I need to
provide any more information or can be of further assistance,
please advise.

Dear Mr. Periman:
Public Service
Company of Colorado
February 20, 1990
This letter will acknowledge our telephone conversation of February
12, 1990 whereby you notified Public Service Company of Colorado of your
need and intent to cross under the Company's Shoshone -Cameo 69,000 volt
electric line with drill rigs in order to gain access to Well sites #14.22
and #3.28.
You further advised that these crossings would occur in the SW4 of
Section 22 and the NWj of Section 28, all in Township 6 South, Range 94
West, of the 6th Principal Meridian, Garfield County, Colorado.
Public Service Company has no objection to these crossings provided
adequate consideration is given to the safety of the lines when the drill
rigs cross under them. By copy of this letter, I am alerting the Company's
transmission line patrolman, Harold DeWeese at Rifle (625-1226), so that he
is aware of these drilling operations.
We appreciate you advising us of your proposed drilling operations.
If I can be of any further assistance, please contact me.
Sincerely yours,

Dear Mr. Perriman:
We have researched our records and find no conflict with your proposal to
move your drilling equipment.
In the event damages should occur to U.S. West telephone plant due to
moving of your equipment under or adjacent to telephone lines, billing to
your company will be necessary.
